We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 30 days of purchase for free. Please see the terms and conditions below.  Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original packaging. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable paid for by the customer.

Any new or gently used bottles with the cap or tea bags purchased at PFC Farmer Market Locations that does not meet your needs will be accepted for return.

• Items purchased in a store must be returned to a market site or by mail.
• Items purchased online can be returned by mail or to a store.
• Items shipped and sold by sellers must be returned to the seller.
