The African American Mental Health Coalition was formed in 2006. It advocates for mental health access, and resource services. AAHC’s focus is to address barriers to accessing health care, including mental health, social determinants of health, and COVID-19 disparities. We provide culturally relevant services for older adults, younger adults, children, and transitional age youth.

PACIFIC FERTILIZER COMPANY is a for-profit organic farm, knowledgeable community-based organization, located in Hemet within the County of Riverside, California. Pacific Fertilizer Company (PFC) provides children and young adults agricultural training, sustainable, healthy food, and education. PFC Farms addresses the nutritional and educational gaps present in underserved, underrepresented minority communities. 

AAHC & PFC Farms Bridges the gap between Regenerative Agriculture, Rehabilitation Support Services and Direct Hire Solutions that improve the quality of life. 

AAHC, in partnership with PFC Farms, will deliver the Southern California Farm Production, Processing, Distribution, Enhanced Agriculture Based Training Services & Education Projects. The projects will partner with Government Agencies and Education Institution's to increase production, processing, and distribution of organic, healthy foods for Growing New Beginnings Agriculture Program to be distributed to school sites and innovative projects that improve the quality of life.  We will provide hands-on educational agriculture based training opportunities that support an independent living transition plan designed to support a holistic approach when successfully transition applicants into the real workforce environment with certifications from Pacific Fertilizer Company Farms ( PFC Farms). AAHC and PFC Farms have long-standing partnerships with the Moreno Valley and San Bernardino School Districts and services over 30,000 people annually combined.
