Training On Managing Staff In the Farm / Out Door Setting    

Step 1) Ask each person before start how they are feeling

Step 2) Place each response into the Paper Log Sheet

Step 3) Place each response into a digital Log Sheet  

Step 4) Supply each person with water or towel and bug catcher hat

Step 5) Log daily goals achieved and how staff look during training and visible challenges or training barriers.
