PFC Farms growing season will start in early January and ends in December with the goal of 52 weeks. Harvest cycles are weekly with approximately 28 - 35 different crops. Here is an example of types of produce throughout the season:
52 Weeks: Green Onions, Chives, Lettuce (3 types), Cabbage (2 types), Kale (3 Types), Basil, Spinach,  tomatoes (5 Types), Peppers (15 Types), Peas, String Beans and the squash Family (4 Types).
PFC Farms utilizes a detailed planting schedule which historically has helped immensely especially during the planting phase in January. PFC Farms harvest from January to December (365 Days a year). Summer months our plants have been expected to over produce by 200%.  The detailed guide begins with the plants that tolerate the coldest weather starting at 35 degrees up to 120 degrees. .
