Dear Potential Partner,
I write on behalf of PFC Farms Growing New Beginnings Program in support of Our Healthy Eating and Living  proposal from ELISID Freedom Foundation for a grant, to fund the PFC Farms Cares Growing New Beginnings Program that helps to reduce health disparities among youth and adults who are residents of Southern California, by increasing delivery of evidence-based practices and providing access to fresh cut certified organic produce.

As an organization Pacific Fertilizer Company Farms operates 7 acres of land in Hemet California. Our products and services are designed to improve the quality of life. PFC Farms has assisted several non profit organizations on improving the Garden that Supports STEAM based programs including working with the science department for the implementation of a sustainable gardens. Our model is a streamline approach supported by PFC Farms Showcase Garden in Hemet, Ca.

Through this letter, we acknowledge specific roles and responsibilities we will fulfill in this partnership. In the event this proposal is funded we would except our role in the Growing New Beginnings Program to include a sustainable viable garden where families can access fresh cut certified organic produce and engage as a community in improving the quality of life.
