Healthy Living & Eating Initiative

PFC Farms, in partnership with the African American Mental Health Coalition (AAHC), is kicking off the Southern California Farm Production, Processing, Distribution and Education Project. Through this project, we are partnering with the Moreno Valley and San Bernardino Unified School Districts to increase the production, processing, and distribution of wholesome and delicious, healthy
organic foods for the Lunchtime Farmers Market Program. The fresh-cut organic produce, and other great tasting and highly nutritious products, handcrafted by the agricultural artisans at PFC Farms, is distributed on school campuses to the students, staff, and their families and during school hours. We provide hands-on educational opportunities for youth that complement their food with knowledge and information on food sales in the agricultural industry, along with donations to the schools of Moreno Valley and San Bernardino.

AAHC and PFC Farms have had long-standing successful partnerships in multiple ventures in the agricultural industry, with an emphasis on education, and together, through this initiative, we will make families more healthy by helping them bring the farm home. Through education, direction, and a helping hand, home by home, school by school, we're marching nutrition to tables across the country. All efforts are led by unbelievable flavors and textures, and the natural healthy, feel-good results that come with the vitamins, minerals and other health benefits you get from a farm fresh, balanced diet.
